2 Apps to Stay Organized When Thrift Shopping

If you want to stay organized when on-the-hunt, then I recommend using two apps on your phone.

App #1: Google Keep

Keep is a notetaking app that syncs from phone to desktop. I find it MUCH easier to use than Apple Notes. Note: You will need a gmail address to create an account.

Simply add items to your checklists when you think about it: pink sweater, brown boots, wall art lights, lightbulbs, etc.

Pull up your checklists when out shopping so you don’t forget a thing! I also love pulling up my lists when shopping estate sales as the inventory is more broad than at thrift stores.

App #2: Pinterest

Think of Pinterest like a digital filing cabinet. Pinterest boards are the same as a file folder. Then you can subcategorize within the board to keep everything tidy.

For example: one board might be β€œBathroom Ideas”. Within that category, you might have: Faucets, Showers, Organizing, Light Fixtures, Etc.

Use Pinterest to get ideas and inspiration for your home, your holiday decor, and your wardrobe.

Pull specific items out and put them on your Google Keep checklist.

Now you are ready to be a thrifty, yet organized, shopper!

What apps do you prefer to use when taking ideas and making them happen within your home?
