Why we do what we do.
After shopping at several estate sales in our area, we saw an opportunity that seemed to be overlooked by others, and that was one that focused on the family and the respectful sending off of their lifetime of collections and memories.
Instead of opening the doors and letting customers sift through the home, we are the ones who sort, itemize, and price first. By doing so, we earn our clients trust that their possessions are being inventoried, marketed, and taken care of. This allows them the freedom to focus on the sale of the home and the logistics that surround it.
While we know a little about a lot, we are experts in how to market, price, and sell household items. Everything from collectible books to everyday china, nothing is too great a challenge for us.
We spend hours pouring over new trends in the home design world so we can spot them at our sales. We gather inspiration from around the internet to share with our customers to bring your stuff to life for them. We search through local resale stores and other estate sales to determine the sweet spot pricing that is right for each and every item in your home.

Why Pure & Simple?
The story behind the name.
As we sat around the dining table in my small one-bedroom apartment, we thought and thought about what to name this ministry. We wanted the name to convey our approach which was to make things simpler for clients. It had to be welcoming and not stuffy or off putting. And it needed to be relatable.
We filled a page full of ideas and crossed them all off. Raymond sat back in his chair and said, “what about Pure & Simple?”
I loved it! It checked all the boxes and it described our intent to the core. Life is busy and frantic at times, especially during a move and a real estate transaction; we saw no need to make the extra step of downsizing anymore complicated.
And thus a name, a business, and a ministry was born.
