Creamery in Lincolnton NC

Ice cream, cows, sunshine…SAY LESS! We found your new favorite ice cream spot and it’s hidden away in Lincolnton, North Carolina!

In the middle of a winding country road is where you’ll find this gem tucked away. As you start down the long gravel driveway, you will see plenty of room for parking. There are also photo ops, usually seasonally decorated, at the top of the road.

This is a working dairy farm, so you are able to see and walk right up to the cows that provide the milk to make the ice cream!

Riverbend hosts a super family friendly atmosphere with a nice playground for the kids and plenty of rocking chairs / swings / picnic tables for seating!

As you enter the building and the smell of a fresh waffle cone hits your nose, you’ll see a big, bright open space. Inside is equipped with many tables to eat at. In addition to hand dipped ice cream, you can purchase their bottled milk products and packaged ice cream along with other various merchandise.

Riverbend offers farm tours and field trips. The inside provides educational opportunities and a look into their processing room.

Here’s a peek at their menu. They have changing seasonal flavors and specials. Some of my favorite flavors are salted Oreo and orange pineapple crush! Can’t decide? Try their flight!
