During the process of prepping for this estate sale, we were notified that many items were to be willed to family members. With the list in hand, we proceeded with sorting and separating and grouping the items of notable mention.

We were able to put the estate sale on hold while the distribution of the estate assets were to take place. Without going into all the details, we were unable to host the sale for this family but we were able to assist in clearing the items and prepping the home for sale.
